Moments
Moments in time.
Moments outside of time.
Moments of beauty and joy.
Moments of sorrow and pain.
Each moment unique.
Each moment only for a moment.
Each moment offers a choice,
Remain in it or move forward from it.
The good thing is that,
No person needs be stuck,
Within any moment.
Will you embrace it with God?
Or will you stumble though without God?
Every moment of every day,
God is I AM and Emmanuel.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
Note: In my town recently a mother and father were killed in a tragic accident leaving behind 6 little boys. A friend suddenly joined the Widow’s Club. A horrible hurricane ravished North Carolina and South Carolina. Life is just full of difficult things. Things we simply can not make sense of. But there is always a choice…we choose our moments. We choose what we think about.
