From The Heart of Abba
For those without a mother,
For those whose children are far away,
Or those who have no children,
For those who long or longed for a child,
For those who are in sorrow for a mother
Who has gone before, or
Even worse a child who has died,
For those who are separated from family,
For those who may feel lost or forlorn,
For those for whom this weekend may be hard,
May the LORD,
Who is the GOD of ALL COMFORT,
Draw your heart close to his.
May the God of ALL PEACE gather you under His Wings.
May the Spirit,
Who continually flows to you and through you,
Touch you with healing,
To restore to you,
ALL that is missing,
Or feels like it is missing in your life.
God has promised to meet all our needs.
This weekend may be hard for you,
In small ways or what feels like insurmountable ways.
But God….
Has also promised to make all things work to our good.
So for the lost,
The lonely,
The grieving ones,
Or any hidden areas where we feel that way
In our own heart for whatever reason,
May this be a weekend where your heart,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your soul and
Your spirit have a FRESH encounter with LOVE aka Jesus.
